Well instead of Christmas cards this year I decided to post our year on the blog because things have been really crazy at our house! I guess I will start at the beginning, January was the start of my last semester of school and another semester for wyatt of just classes. This was the boring part of our year until we got into May where I graduated from school and we moved to Wendell for the summer while wyatt worked for the BLM and me and Teegan hung out all summer! In August we moved back up to Missoula for what we thought would be wyatts last semester of school and the birth of our second little boy Brennen.
Brennen Morgan Ward came into our lives on Aug 27, 2010 and he has been a wonderful addition that we can't live without. Even Teegan is very protective of his little brother, although he does have his days. Then in September Teegan turned 3 years old and I was not ready for my baby to be that big, yes I know it gets worst.

October was almost uneventful but Wyatt joined the National Guard and we learned that he will be leaving for basic training on January 3rd. During this time we juggled and new baby, a 3 year old and a daddy writing his thesis. All the sudden Brennen was 2 months old and the time had flown by.
November started pretty normal with nothing to crazy going on, Wyatt did his guard drilling for a weekend and I learned that a whole weekend with the boys is not the best for conversation so we decided that when he left for basic we would go live in Wendell with my parents. Well Thanksgiving was great this year, because we were going home around Christmas time we decided to stay in Missoula for Thanksgiving, which turned out to be so much fun, we had a big dinner with friends that were also staying home. We got to be with some of our close friends and enjoys a few more memories before we left! This is where everything gets crazy for us and why my blog has been so neglected.
The sunday after Thanksgiving at about 11:00 at night I had what we now know as a gallbladder attact. It was crappy to say the least I couldn't breath and felt like I was being squeezed to death. I crawled from our room to the computer room where wyatt was working on his thesis. Needless to say I couldn't really tell him what was wrong or why I hurt and couldn't breath. We had wonderful neighbors who we woke up and came over to help wyatt give me a blessing. Thanks Travis! After this priesthood blessing I was able to relax and we didn't go to the emergency room. The next day I went to the doctor and found out it was most likely my gallbladder and it would have to come out, they did some tests and I went home. I then got really sick and spent the rest of that day and night throwing up (not fun). The next morning we called Travis and Heather again and they got both the boys and some formula (that brennen was not drinking) and we went to the emergency room. I had a gallstone removed from my pancreatic duct, and my gallbladder out. During this time I spent four days in the hospital with pancreatitis. A big not fun!! Our ward was wonderful and took really good care of my boys while I was "vacationing" in the hospital. Once again thanks Heather for all your help organizing everything!

Once that was over we had to pack to move (I have really good timing :)! We got to Wendell with the help of my brother and his wife who helped us move because I wasn't suppose to do anything. We also had wyatt's sister come stay with us and help with the boys! Christmas was great and relaxing compared to our last couple of weeks, the boys were spoiled and we got to go sledding! Now we are enjoying a few days together as a family before wyatt goes to basic training for 4 months! We will miss him dearly but know that this is the best for our family! May can not come fast enough! Oh I forgot, We also celebrated our 5th anniversary by going to the temple. It was wonderful! Well that was our year! Next year I am hoping for a little less excitment and no surgery, at least with me not being the patient!

We want all of our friends and family to know that we are very happy to know and love you all and that we are very happy to be members of the church. I am thankful for my family and priesthood blessings and have a new appreciation for them. I know the gospel is true and am greatful for a wonderful family that raised me and my husband in the gospel. We hope you all had a wonderful year full of joy and love and we wish you many more to come! Happy New Years!
